Pie Crust for Two 9 inch Crusts

I use my Mom's recipe.

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons cold water

Do NOT use butter or oil; use vegetable shortening only for this recipe
