Turquoise Necklace and Bracelet
You need the following to make this necklace
- 72 5mm turquoise beads
- 48 5mm sterling silver saucers
- 12 8mm clear crackle round Czech beads
- 12 8mm carnelian semiprecious beads
- about 135 inches of size 3 turquoise nylon thread
The order of the beads is
- turquoise bead, saucer, turquoise, saucer, turquoise
- clear bead
- turquoise bead, saucer, turquoise, saucer, turquoise
- carnelian bead
The finished necklace is 28 inches long. There are no knots placed between the turquoise and silver beads, as the saucer beads take the place of a knot. This necklace does not have a clasp.
The bracelet is made with left over beads strung on "stretch magic" elastic. It includes the following:
- 7 8mm carnelian beads
- 6 6mm clear Czech beads
- 8 5mm turquoise beads
- 8 5mm sterling silver corrugated beads
- 1 7mm silver rhinestone bead
- silver bead
- turquoise, carnelian, turquoise
- silver bead
- clear, carnelian, clear
Amethyst Necklace
This necklace uses the following
- 52 6mm light amethyst beads
- 27 8mm dark amethyst beads
- 2 silver bead tips
- 1 fish-hook silver clasp
- about 130 inches lavender size E silk thread
The order of the beads is
- 1 dark amethyst bead
- 1 light amethyst bead
The finished length of this necklace is 28 inches. I actually combined white thread with lavender thread, since I didn't have enough of the lavender. This necklace uses a clasp.
